? Senior Social Analyst

Are you passionate about paid social and love digging into data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to make campaigns perform better?

We’re looking for a Senior Social Analyst to join our team and take ownership of campaign performance across social media platforms.

What will you do?

- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, ensuring performance is aligned with campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor budget and pacing, making adjustments to maximize performance and delivery.
- Work with different audiences and targeting strategies to improve campaign results.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, placements, and other campaign variables.
- Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations and optimization strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed,



and optimized.

What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Social / Social Media Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization.
- Experience managing budgets and campaign pacing.
- Experience working with audiences, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of campaign performance, beyond day-to-day execution.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1), with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
