Your Impact:
Administer training records, deliver reports, collaborate with department heads, gather feedback,



and ensure compliance with regulations, and manage annual plans to enhance training programs effectively.

As Part of Our Team You Will:
In this role, the individual will:
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, assessments, and certifications
- Prepare and provide regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness to run
- Liaise closely with department heads and supervisors to evaluate training needs and execute tailored programs
- Supervise management, collate feedback from trainees and partners to enhance training programs continuously
- Execute all training programs to follow local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies
- Schedule plan, maintain attendance

Prerequisites for your success in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Professional cert
