Maintenance Coordinator (Remote)

Hiring Location: Colombia & Peru only

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a fast-growing U.S.based property management company. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, and repairs while ensuring properties and tenants are well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
- Communicate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely resolution
- Schedule and conduct periodic walkthrough inspections
- Support escalated maintenance and property-related issues
- Ensure maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally

Requirements:




- Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination:
- Knowledge of U.S. property maintenance processes:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities remotely

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Xactimate or similar U.S.based estimating tools

(construction, insurance repairs, or water damage mitigation)
