• Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mining, or related field)

- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management / Business is a strong advantage
- Relevant international inspection or certification credentials preferred (ISO, ASNT, API, etc.) Experience - 10+ years in Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or branch management role
- Proven experience in TIV, NDT, CBM, Asset Integrity, or Inspection services
- Demonstrated success in business development and operational scaling Technical Skills - NDT methods and Asset Integrity Management
- Contract negotiation and commercial structuring
- Financial management and operational KPIs
- Strong knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance Languages - Spanish: Native or fluent (mandatory)
