We are currently seeking for a motivated and goal-oriented HR Manager to join our team and be supporting our recruitment activities across Peru.

Key Responsibilities
- Searching and recruiting for talents.
- Conducting interviews with prospects.
- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
- Employment relationship management.
- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Improving our employee retention schemes.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.:
- A quick learner and is target-oriented.
- Previous experience in an HR role with good knowledge of the employment policies of Peru.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pucallpa, Ucayali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
