InterpreterEd.com is an online education platform focused on continuing education and professional development for medical interpreters and language professionals. We offer specialized courses and training designed to help interpreters expand their knowledge, skills, and professional opportunities.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Part-Time Freelance Social Media Coordinator based in Lima, Peru, to help us grow our online presence and increase engagement and enrollment in our courses.

This is a freelance independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. The selected freelancer will work remotely with our team and have flexibility in how they organize their working hours, while meeting agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

ALL CONTENT AND DELIVERABLES MUST BE IN ENGLISH.

· Content & Social Media: Research, create, schedule, and publish relevant content across LinkedIn and other social media channels, including graphics and promotional materials.

· Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.

· Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing and social media performance and provide simple reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.

· Experience:





- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, social media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a U.S.-based client where all deliverables were in English.

· Skills: Strong writing, communication, research, organization, and content-creation skills. · Technology: Experience with Canva, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM/marketing platforms; Zoho experience is a plus.

· Industry: B2C or education market experience is preferred but not required.

· Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Schedule:

· Remote.

· Approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on additional hours based on performance and results.

· Have reasonable availability for ocassional virtual meetings between 10:30 am and 7:30 pm Peru time.
