The Export Sales

Manager will play a key role in driving commercial growth, developing new international business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and develop new business opportunities in international and local markets.

- Prospect and acquire new customers and develop a strong commercial portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential international clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, terms, conditions, and customer requirements.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with Production, Product Development, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Follow up on orders and commercial commitments.
- Identify market trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the company's international presence.
- Achieve established sales and business development targets.

REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.





- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/sales positions, preferably within the textile, apparel, garment manufacturing, or textile export industry.
- Advanced English ? REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in international sales, business development, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
- Experience preparing and negotiating commercial quotations and proposals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- Proactive, organized, and highly motivated.
- Availability to work in Cercado de Lima, Lima. Experience working with international buyers, brands, apparel companies, textile exporters, or overseas customers will be highly valued.
