The Marketing Manageris responsible for Nexans positioning and development on markets. He/she defines the marketing strategy to enhance Nexans sales and market shares in the strict respect of the budget. At the head of the Marketing team, the Marketing Manager ensures the right collaboration between team members and the right communication of the team with the CX/PX Operations Excellence team and Squad teams. He/she is as well accountable for managing the entire marketing operational budget and seeks profitability for all the implemented actions.Finally he will be accountable of the P&L; of his local offer, supported by the regional offer Manager of each key vertical.

In Addition of his local role of Marketing Manager Peru, he/she will assume as well a mission of Offer Manager SAM for Residential market vertical.He/she will be responsible for the Nexans offers portfolio (products and services)



and is accountable for the complete P&L; statement of his/her offer in the region. His/her day-to-day role is to develop the repeatable offer portfolio of the vertical.

The main missions are:
- Marketing Manager _:
- Elaborate the local marketing strategy in line with Nexans’ business strategy
- Analyse market dynamics based on insights from Market Intel. & Pricing officer
- Collect and consolidate data on pricing, customers and offers
- Identify the most profitable growth opportunities and new markets/offers to develop
- Define objectives for each market segments and offers in terms of sales, margins and volumes
- Define marketing strategy and the right marketing-mix (offer, pricing and promotion)
- Define go-to-market strategy and oversee development and launch of offers
- Steer the marketing actions and ensure the correct deployment of the marketing strategy
