We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our high-performance engineering team who understands that the future of CRM lies at the intersection of robust architecture and Artificial Intelligence.

In this position, you will be the backbone of our Salesforce ecosystem, designing scalable solutions for complex business problems while mentoring junior talent and pioneering the use of AI tools to accelerate our development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design and implement high-quality code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Architect and build complex REST/SOAP integrations and API consumptions to ensure a seamless data flow across our tech stack.
Define detailed technical solutions, perform complex troubleshooting, and provide hands-on technical support/mentorship to the development team.
Execute advanced data modeling, performance optimization, and implement high-level security best practices.




Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to optimize code quality and delivery speed.
Deep-dive into advanced business rules to ensure technical solutions provide genuine value to the organization.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record with consolidated experience in large-scale Salesforce projects.
Mastery of Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
Architecture: Solid understanding of platform governance, multi-tenant limits, and best practices.
Deep experience handling complex integration patterns and middleware.
A proactive learner stayed up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and emerging AI trends.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with Salesforce’s Agentforce (formerly Einstein Copilot) is a significant advantage.
Proficiency with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
Fluency or professional proficiency in English and/or Spanish is highly valued for our integral collaborations.
