Rheonics, a integral industrial automation company specializing in the manufacture of viscosity and density measurement sensors, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join its Global Marketing Team. You'll work alongside our design team, reporting to the Design Team Lead, and play a key role in bringing Rheonics' products and innovations to life visually, from static brochures and social content to short-form video and motion graphics. This role is primarily focused on and static visual content (flyers, brochures, social assets, product renders), with growing exposure to motion graphics and short-form video as you develop. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to build a well-rounded design skill set within a global, fast-paced team, with a clear path to grow into a mid-level design role as your motion and 3D skills develop.

The applicant should have intermediate English written/verbal communication skills and be eager to bring fresh ideas to how we visually communicate our products and innovations across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and adapt visual materials such as, flyers, brochures, social graphics for Rheonics products, maintaining consistent visual standards and brand guidelines across all formats.
- Support projects alongside the Marketing team related to Rheonics participation across multiple channels and sites, including the website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and other relevant platforms and events as needed.




- Adapt and re-export existing 3D product renders for different formats and channels.
- Assist in producing short-form videos and 2D/3D motion graphics showcasing Rheonics products, with room to grow this skill set over time.
- Organize and mantaing design files and asset libraries for easy access and reuse.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to support workflow and creativity.
- Intermediate English, written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Eager to learn the basics of Rheonics solutions, instrumentation, and industrial applications.
- A design portfolio (preferably on Behance, including boards from previous work).

Nice to have

- Experience with Figma.
- Basic knowledge of 3D CAD/design software like Blender or 3ds Max.
- Fluency in another language (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, etc.) valuable given our global customer base.
