Marketing & AI Intern (Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, part of the US business day (see note below)

About the Company

Our client is a US nearshore staffing company that places senior Latin American talent with companies across the United States, with a 97% retention rate on the people they place. They are bootstrapped and profitable, and they run a separate software team building AI automation tools used by thousands of people every month. They run lean, use AI in almost every part of the process, and give people real ownership early.

About the Role

This is a hands-on internship for a student who wants to learn AI-driven growth by doing it, not by watching a course. You will own the founder's outbound voice, build the company's talent communities from zero, and turn AI tools into presente output. You will ship real work from week one. Nobody will hand you a finished playbook: part of the job is figuring out what works and telling us.

What You Will Own

- Founder outbound on LinkedIn. Write the message, generate it as a voice note in the founder's cloned voice using an AI voice tool, and send it. Voice notes convert better than text, and this is the main channel we are betting on.
- Build and fill the talent community. Create the WhatsApp and Instagram channels from scratch, get people into them, and keep posting our open roles there every week. Volume first, polish second.
- Keep the recruiter community warm. Post jobs and useful content weekly for the recruiters in our network, so they send us candidates when we need them.
- Run the social channels. Simple, visual content aimed at students and early-career professionals, on the platforms they actually use.
- Bring ideas. Test new tools, new formats, new channels. Tell us what moved the number and what did not.

Who You Are





- You are a student, and you want to work with a US company.
- You lean operational: you can take a rough idea, break it into steps, and get it done without being chased.
- You are excited about AI and already use it daily, even if only ChatGPT. We will teach you the rest.
- You write clearly in English and can hold a conversation in it. You do not need to be perfect.
- You have opinions and you say them, including when you disagree with us.

Bonus Points

- You have run a social account before, personal or for a brand.
- Experience with AI writing, AI image, or AI voice tools.
- Design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
- You write good copy.

What You Will Learn Cold outreach that gets answered, AI voice and content tools at a working level, how a US company builds a growth channel from zero, and how to read your own numbers instead of guessing.

What Success Looks Like

- First 30 days: the community channels exist and have their first members. Your first founder voice notes are going out on LinkedIn. The weekly posting calendar is running without anyone reminding you.
- First 60 days: you own the outbound motion. Volume is steady and you know your reply rate.
- First 90 days: you run the channel with light oversight and the numbers move: members in the community, applicants coming from channels you built, replies to founder outreach.

Ongoing

- Community and applicant volume grow month over month.
- You manage the content calendar and the outreach pipeline on your own.
- You bring ideas that improve how we reach talent, and you kill the ones that do not work.
