Job Description
The General Services Lead reports to the General Services Director and serves as the Deputy for the GS Department, assuming departmental leadership responsibilities during the Director’s absence. The position supports the planning, coordination, administration, and execution of General Services functions across the project.
The role requires demonstrated supervisory and management experience, strong General Services knowledge, and the ability to independently manage complex workstreams. Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing Scopes of Work, preparing complete technical and commercial bid packages,



supporting contractor prequalification and bid evaluations, administering contracts after award, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating with Contracts, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Finance, and other project functions.
The successful candidate should have experience with contract administration, commercial and technical documentation, contractor management, reporting, cost and schedule awareness, and project procedures. The individual must be capable of providing leadership to GS personnel, mentoring less-experienced staff, and representing the General Services Department in meetings with senior project management, contractors, and the client.
