Role Description The Senior Executive Vice President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Lima Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing strategic direction, business growth, and operational performance across the organization. This position leads senior managers and cross-functional teams, aligns departmental objectives with company goals, and ensures effective execution of short- and long-term strategic plans.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, guiding key client initiatives, making high-level resource and budget decisions, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships,



representing the company in executive-level meetings, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

- Proven executive leadership experience in technology, consulting, or related industries, with a track record of managing complex operations and driving business growth.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, including experience developing and implementing long-term business strategies and performance metrics.
- Advanced financial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, and resource allocation at an enterprise level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with boards, clients, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, build inclusive teams, and mentor senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is highly beneficial.
- Experience working within the Lima Metropolitan Area or similar markets, with knowledge of local business practices and regulatory frameworks considered an advantage.
