We are hiring a Structural BIM Modeler / Revit Specialist to join the team of one of our U.S.-based construction clients in New York.

In this role, you will build accurate structural BIM models in Revit 2026 from CAD/DWG files, coordinate structural elements (foundations, columns, slabs, pile caps), and ensure clean models ready for downstream MEP coordination. This is an adecuado position for Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, or Architects in Peru with hands-on experience in structural modeling and US construction workflows.

What You’ll Do

- Develop detailed 3D structural BIM models in Revit 2026 from CAD/DWG backgrounds (columns, beams, slabs, footings, foundations, and pile caps).
- Set up and maintain accurate Revit model levels, elevations, and structural elements aligned with architectural plans.
- Model 3D Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) to support architectural and MEP clash coordination.
- Clean, reference, and organize CAD/DWG files and PDF specifications within Revit backgrounds.
- Conduct clash detection and multidisciplinary spatial coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Viewer.




- Proactively identify coordination conflicts and propose practical engineering solutions before field execution.
- Perform QA/QC self-reviews to deliver clean, well-organized models with minimal rework.

What You’ll Bring

- English Level: Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / C1).
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling for commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.
- Core Software: Advanced/Expert proficiency in Revit (Structural discipline mandatory), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Structural Expertise: Deep understanding of structural elements, reading structural blueprints, and interpreting US construction documentation.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería Civil), Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical structural BIM modeling experience.
