As Liner Support Team Member in SAMER, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality 3D scan processing and wear analysis that directly improves customer productivity and liner performance. Working closely with regional colleagues and General & Central Engineering, you will transform field data into valuable insights, enabling data-driven decisions and sustainable service solutions across crushing operations.
The Liner Support Team supports the Crushing Consumables Service Lines Crushing & Milling by delivering reliable 3D scanning, wear analysis, and technical inputs for customer reporting, proposals,



and global engineering initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Perform 3D scans at mine sites
Review and assure quality of incoming 3D scans
Process scan data to support standard and advanced wear reports
Improve field data quality for wear analysis and reporting
Support wear report governance and turnaround targets
Collaborate with Global & Central Engineering on standardization initiatives
Support business opportunities with wear analysis and technical validation
Identify and report business opportunities from service activities
What you bring
Strong technical background in crusher and mill liners, able to read and understand mechanical drawings
Proven experience with 3D scanning and wear analysis
Solid understanding of installed base and service operations
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and field data
Structured and detail-oriented working approach
Strong collaboration skills in regional and glob
