Role Description The Operations Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the optimization of business processes and go-to-market operations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, building reports and dashboards, and identifying trends that inform strategic decisions. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve resource allocation, and enhance performance metrics. The Operations Analyst will also assist with forecasting, budgeting support,



and maintaining accurate documentation of processes, tools, and best practices. This position requires proactive communication with stakeholders, regular updates on key findings, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
