Payroll Consultant (Peru) – Senior
Role Summary
The Senior Payroll Consultant will support enhancement requests, compliance requirements, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives for Peru Payroll. September - December
Location: On-shore
Key Responsibilities
Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities.
Analyze and document business requirements.
Configure and test payroll changes.
Perform impact assessments for regulatory and business-driven changes.
Review payroll calculations and validation results.
Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
Collaborate with integration, technical, and payroll operations teams.
Assist with defect investigation and root cause analysis.
Support end-to-end testing and deployment activities.
Maintain solution documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
Strong experience supporting Peru Payroll.
Expertise in:
Payroll Schemas
PCRs
Wage Type Configuration
Payroll Posting
Retro Calculations
Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll
Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes
Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.
Strong payroll reconciliation knowledge.
Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.
Preferred Experience
Employee Central Payroll.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
SAP HCM Time Management.
SAP S/4HANA Payroll environments.
Integral payroll support experience.
Knowledge of payroll integrations and interfaces.
