Salary Range:

The Human Resources Partner (HR Partner) serves as the primary HR point of contact for their assigned school sites, providing strategic day-to-day support across the full employee life cycle. This role partners closely with the managers of their respective sites to ensure staffing, strong employee relations, and consistent application of HR practices aligned to organizational values and policies.

The HR Partners under the supervision of the respective Human Resources Managers of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations will assist individuals through a variety of transitions aligned with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee life cycle, offboarding,



employee relations, position control, and workforce planning. This incumbent will partake in additional assignments as needed to fulfill the department and organizational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, required.
4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, required.
SHRM or HRCI certification, highly preferred.
Experience working with HRIS systems. Workday, preferred.
Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
