Role Description
The Senior Executive Vice President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Lima Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing strategic direction, business growth, and operational performance across the organization. This position leads senior managers and cross-functional teams, aligns departmental objectives with company goals, and ensures effective execution of short- and long-term strategic plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial performance,
