Job Title: Accountant (Zoho Books)

Location: Miraflores, Lima, Peru (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role

A growing technology services company is seeking a full time Accountant to join our team in our Miraflores office in Lima, Peru.

This is a hands on role focused on daily accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, vendor management, payroll, and reporting.

This role requires advanced English communication skills, as you will be working with internal teams and handling professional written and verbal communication daily.

The company provides IT services and also resells hardware and software.

Core Requirements

- Strong, hands on experience using Zoho Books

This role requires daily use of Zoho Books and clear communication in English across written and verbal channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Zoho Books daily accounting operations:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable:




- Create and manage invoices for recurring services and projects:
- Perform bill collections and client payment follow ups:
- Communicate professionally in English with internal teams and stakeholders:
- Process vendor bills, payments, and expense tracking:
- Maintain vendor relationships and records:
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations:
- Keep financial records accurate and up to date
- Generate monthly financial reports:
- Support monthly close and reporting
- Manage payroll for Peru employees using NubeCont:
- Ensure compliance with Peru payroll regulations and requirements:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external CPA as needed

Requirements:
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required:
- Strong Zoho Books experience required:
- Experience managing payroll in Peru (NubeCont or similar tools):
- 2 to 5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with AP, AR, invoicing, collections, and payroll:
