Paid Media Specialist (Mid‑Level) - Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (mid‑level / early‑senior) to join a US‑based marketing team in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role.

This position is not a senior or leadership role.
It is designed for someone who enjoys working directly with campaigns, optimizing performance, analyzing results, and following structured processes.

If you are looking for a highly strategic role, people management responsibilities, or ownership of large teams, this position may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search).
- Support additional paid channels when required, primarily Meta Ads.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and conversion quality.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and account structure improvements.
- Analyze search terms, audiences,



and performance trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
- Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and account structure.
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (GA4; Google Tag Manager is a plus).
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate performance updates in English.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-4+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Solid experience with Google Ads Search in performance‑driven environments.
- Experience actively optimizing live campaigns (not only planning or reporting).
- Comfort working in a mid‑level, execution‑focused role.
- Advanced English, with the ability to participate in calls and write reports.
- Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Meta Ads as a complementary channel.
- Experience in lead generation or performance
