Wheel & Anchor is a Canadian travel company organizing small-group tours worldwide for travelers seeking meaningful connections. We're a fully remote team hiring a Trip Operations Coordinator with 2-5 years of recent travel operations experience at a tour operator to handle behind-the-scenes details for complex international trips.

This is a process-driven operations role: Coordinating 5-15 suppliers per trip (hotels, guides, transport, restaurants), preparing budgets in Google Sheets, and owning full documentation for 20-25 trips per year. No client interaction, sales, or GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus).

This is an operations role, focused on coordinating suppliers, preparing costings, and managing documentation for complex travel programs.

About the Role

Support trip development and execution by liaising with international suppliers, building itineraries, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records across Google Workspace tools. Expect high-volume task management: Prioritize 20-25 trips annually, each with multi-country suppliers and interconnected spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan travel itineraries and research cities/countries for prospective suppliers (hotels, guides, transportation, dining and all other relevant tour elements) based on the program outline provided
- Prepare travel budgets and cost estimates in a template spreadsheet
- Make reservations and confirm services directly with suppliers. This role does not involve GDS systems such as Sabre or Amadeus.
