MetaWatt sets appointments for the top-performing solar sales teams in the country right now. We run lean, we run fast, and everyone on the team earns well because we've built the right systems around them. We're looking to add one more experienced setter who knows the game and is ready to hit the ground running.
How you get paid
There's a weekly base, and on top of that you earn commission for every appointment that sits and every deal that closes. Our top setters are putting up strong numbers every week, the commission structure rewards consistency, and there's no cap on what you can earn.
The tryout process
We don't do long onboarding. We bring you in for a tryout shift, you get paid from day one, and we go from there. If it's a mutual fit, you're on the team.
It's the fastest way for both sides to know.
Who we're looking for
- Experience setting appointments in a home services industry, solar, roofing, insurance, or home improvement
- Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections without rattling
- Self-directed, you manage your time and hit your numbers without being micromanaged
- Reliable computer/laptop and a distraction-free workspace
- Minimum 30 hours/week (Mon-Sat), full-time preferred
