Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of growth-focused backend systems,
building large-scale software infrastructure to support key growth initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with product managers, business stakeholders, and operations teams to understand requirements, design product features, and drive alignment on growth strategy and priorities.
- Identify and execute on key growth levers through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement growth initiatives and measure impact.
- Performance tuning, online incident troubleshooting, system refactoring, and architecture design to ensure scalability and reliability of growth systems.
- Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices. Mentor and develop junior engineers on the team.
