About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Civil Engineer to join our Engineering Team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of mining, geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil infrastructure projects across Latin America and internationally.
This position is intended for a highly recognized professional with 20+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, mine waste management, and large-scale mining infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical authority, providing strategic guidance, technical governance, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams while supporting clients through all stages of the project lifecycle,



from conceptual studies and feasibility assessments to detailed design, construction, operations, and closure.
The Senior Geotechnical Civil Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers of Record (EORs), Independent Review Boards, senior technical specialists, and executive-level client representatives to develop innovative, technically robust, and risk-informed solutions for critical mining assets.
This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To
Lead the technical delivery of complex geotechnical and civil engineering projects for major mining developments and mine waste facilities.
Provide strategic technical direction and oversight throughout all project phases.
Act as a senior advisor to clients on geotechnical risk management, dam safety, and mine infrastructure performance.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide mentorship to senior and intermediate engineers.
