About The Role
The Senior RevOps Strategy & Analytics Lead is the strategic and analytical engine of MEDLIFE's Revenue Operations team. You will own MEDLIFE's revenue model, forecasting, funnel architecture, analytics, attribution, and experimentation system — moving comfortably between strategy, data, diagnosis, recommendation, experiment, and operating decision.
Your job has two sides. The first is making MEDLIFE's growth visible and measurable — building the revenue model, the forecasting system, the funnel architecture, and an executive scoreboard leadership can actually trust. The second is turning that visibility into action — running MEDLIFE's experimentation system with Marketing, Sales, and Product, connecting revenue decisions to real economics with Finance, and helping evaluate the economics of new MEDLIFE brands as RevOps matures into a Growth Studio.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage a team. You are expected to help build MEDLIFE's RevOps function, not inherit one already finished.
What You Will Do
Own MEDLIFE's revenue model — connecting traffic, lead generation and quality, sales activity, conversion, chapter growth, retention, pricing, CAC, contribution margin, LTV, capacity, and new-product revenue.
Build the path to $20M — develop scenario models showing realistic combinations and where MEDLIFE should concentrate resources.
Own revenue forecasting — annual, quarterly, monthly, pipeline, program, scenario, and capacity forecasts; identify leading indicators and explain forecast changes.
Architect the revenue funnel — define stages, entry/exit criteria, conversion, velocity, ownership, and escalation triggers.
Own revenue analytics — acquisition, conversion, customer economics, retention and expansion, and organizational-productivity analysis oriented toward decisions, not more dashboards.
Build usable attribution — sufficient to guide real investment decisions, without chasing academic perfection.
