We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Creative & Visual Arts Assistant to join our team and support the heart of our cultural community across Primary and Secondary sections.

The Role
This is a dynamic, full-time on-site position designed for a collaborative multi-tasker. You will act as the operational bridge between our Visual Arts, Music, and Drama departments—handling everything from studio logistics and event preparation to departmental administration and student support.

Roles and Responsibilities
General & Administrative Support
Support classroom organization procedures under the direction of the teachers
Provide in-class support for specific classes or projects as required, including supporting non-specialist teachers delivering cover lessons
Working between Primary and Secondary art rooms and departments (e.g. moving materials between buildings)




Act as Creative Arts and Visual Arts receptionist to respond to student, staff, parent, and community and event related enquiries
Liaison with maintenance, purchasing, finance, and HR teams (including billing and staff contract hours)
Attend school concerts, exhibitions, and performances after hours on flex-time
Support with the extra-curricular after school CCA programme
Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required by the SLT
Visual Arts Specific Duties
Organization and maintenance of the ceramics area
Loading, unloading and firing the ceramics kiln
Monitoring stock and organizing storage of tools and materials
Preparing materials for specific places or projects (e.g. cutting paper, fabric, wire, preparing clay, filling glue containers, etc.)
Creative Arts Specific Duties (Music & Drama)
Oversee the acquisition, storage, care, and inventories of music equipment
