Company Description: OutlierGTM is an AI-first B2B GTM agency focused on helping US-based, VC-backed B2B SaaS companies unlock unreasonable growth. The agency is led by 2 VC-backed founders and operators, one of whom previously worked as a Sr. Consultant at BCG. We are seeking an Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations across our client portfolio.

As an Operations Intern, you will work directly with our cofounders in an environment that emphasizes highly organized and structured execution, quantitative analysis, and accountability. You will also work closely with CXOs building leading software products in the US, gaining exposure to GTM initiatives across various industries.

Responsibilities

- Monitor campaign KPIs by client, identify material deviations, and investigate their causes.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot email infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage requests through resolution.
- Conduct analysis across clients and funnel stages to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Develop testable hypotheses, recommend corrective actions, and evaluate their impact.
- Maintain a reliable system for tracking priorities, deadlines, incidents, and client commitments.
- Coordintate internal processes and maitaining documentation.

Exceptional organization is our primary selection criterion. You must be able to manage concurrent work across multiple accounts, maintain accurate records, anticipate delays, and ensure that commitments are completed.

We are looking for:

- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a systematic approach to managing tasks, deadlines, and commitments across multiple clients.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Strong quantitative reasoning.
- Proficiency in using Claude Code or Codex to improve daily workflows.
- Ability to interpret data, assess conversion rates and trends, and make valid comparisons.
- A structured approach to problem-solving, including distinguishing symptoms from causes and hypotheses from supported conclusions.
- Clear, precise communication.
- Sound prioritization and the ability to investigate issues independently.

Relevant experience may include operations, analytics, or client service roles with substantial analytical responsibility.

Our operating culture is highly analytical: conclusions require evidence, corrective actions are tracked, and results are measured.

Success will be assessed through the accuracy and timeliness of reporting, early identification of issues, completion of client commitments, and the quality of analysis and follow-through.
