The Job
It is the primary responsibility of the Tile/Carpet engineer to repair and replace broken tile maintain all the marble, Carpet, Vinyl flooring throughout the property.
The Starting Rate
$38.12 Per Hour
The Day-to-day
- Install, repair, and replace broken tile and marble, walls and floors in all areas of the hotel
- Repair and refinish vanity tops and re-grout marble
- Install and repair all types of Carpet and padding, vinyl and wood flooring
- Repair and refinish all concrete walls
- Ensure that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times
- Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods
- Maintain constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
The Adecuado Candidate
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience or successful completion of the Jr. Engineer Program Required
- 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Preferred
