The Branch Manager is fully accountable for establishing, operating, and scaling CBM 360° TIV’s Peru branch. This is a P&L-driven; leadership role covering business development, operations, technical compliance, client relationships, and team management within the mining and metals sector.If you are looking for a ceremonial title or a back-office role—this is not it. This role demands execution, market penetration, and measurable growth
Reporting To
Country Director / Regional Director – Latin America
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Market Leadership
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategy for Peru’s mining & metals sector
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with mining operators, EPCs, OEMs, and regulators
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and contract acquisition
- Operational Management
- Establish branch operations in compliance with local laws, safety standards, and CBM 360° TIV policies
- Oversee delivery of CBM, TIV, NDT, Asset Integrity, and Inspection services
- Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution with zero compromise on safety




- Financial & Commercial Control
- Own P&L; responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Approve pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Monitor KPIs, margins, and operational efficiency
- People & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage technical and commercial teams
- Enforce performance standards and accountability
- Build a high-discipline, safety-first culture

Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mining, or related field)
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management / Business is a strong advantage
- Relevant international inspection or certification credentials preferred (ISO, ASNT, API, etc.)

Experience
- 10+ years in Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or branch management role
- Proven experience in TIV, NDT, CBM, Asset Integrity, or Inspection services
- Demonstrated
