The Project: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment operations across North America and LATAM.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Review data regularly to ensure compliance, completeness, and correct categorization.
- Manage, update, and monitor all TA trackers (pipeline trackers, status reports, KPIs, etc.)
- Assist in the posting of jobs across platforms and ensure postings remain current and accurate.
- Maintain team folders, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency across the function.

You’ll Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.




- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation practices.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Advanced English or bilingual.
- Creativity and proactivity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different projects.

The estimated salary for this position is $ 1,750. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
