H&C; Construction LLC, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead interior remodeling projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and exceptional quality standards for U.S. clients.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of experience in remodeling, interior design execution, or construction project coordination. This position is idóneo for professionals in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related fields who are ready to take ownership of real projects and work directly with international clients.

The mission of this role is to transform approved designs into successful remodeling projectsby ensuring structured coordination, proactive communication, and operational excellence throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior remodeling projectsfrom kickoff to final delivery.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets,



and cost tracking.
- Communicate directly with U.S.based clients in English.:
- Monitor scope changes and ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure aesthetic quality and technical execution align with approved designs.
- Track project progress and report key milestones and performance indicators.

Qualifications
- Professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field (required).
- 1-3 years of experiencein remodeling, interior projects, or construction coordination (required).
- Advanced Englishproficiency (100% required - direct communication with U.S. clients).:
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
- Experience in residential remodeling (preferred).
