Working within the HR Services Team, supporting UK and International colleagues. Providing timely and accurate administration and coordinated transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle. Providing a full HR admin service to employees, acting as a first point of HR enquiries and supports projects and initiatives as required.

You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing advice, administration and coordination of all transactional processes, throughout the employee lifecycle, works to achieve first time resolution so that the wider HR team and Mace colleagues feel supported and positive results are achieved.
- Working to service level agreements (SLAs), to respond to first line queries, process documentation and system updates. Support and have a sound understanding of people policies and guidance.
- Ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of people data maintaining and updating the oracle human capital management (HCM) system.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of HR services processes.
- Working with various systems to administer HR processes such as Taleo, Oracle HCM, Service now.
- Working with HR Operation stakeholders to identify and understand local business needs and seek specialist support from our communities of excellence te
