Propósito del Rol
El/La Senior Project Manageres responsable de ordenar, estructurar y ejecutar el plan de transformación,
instalando herramientas de gestión y sistemas de KPIs que permitan controlar la ejecución, medir impacto y asegurar foco estratégico.

Responsabilidades
- Gobierno del Plan y Priorización
- Traducir el plan estratégico en un roadmap ejecutable, con hitos, dependencias y responsables claros.
- Definir y mantener un sistema de priorización de iniciativas basado en impacto, urgencia y capacidad.
- Asegurar alineamiento entre objetivos estratégicos, proyectos y KPIs.
- Implementación de Herramientas de Gestión (Responsabilidad Central)
- Diseñar e implementar herramientas de gestión de proyectos y del negocio, incluyendo:
- Tableros de seguimiento de iniciativas.
- Dashboards de KPIs por área y proyecto.
- Sistemas de reporting ejecutivo.
