eincors is seeking a results-oriented, bilingual Technical Sales Coordinator to support the expansion of our Latin American business development activities. This position operations under the direct supervision of the Business Development Lead and is responsible for executing the full inbound and outbound sales operations cycle from lead qualification through RFQ submission and pipeline follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture inbound leads via WhatsApp Business and other digital platforms, qualifying each prospect according to a structured discovery framework and directing them appropriately through the sales process
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, targeting procurement managers, supply chain leads, and parts importers within Peru's mining sector
- Coordinate RFQ submissions between prospects and the internal quotation team, ensuring technical accuracy, timely follow-up, and full pipeline documentation
- Execute social media activity on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms in alignment with the business team lead's content strategy
- Build and maintain structured prospect lists using LinkedIn, trade directors, and industry databases
- Submit a weekly pipeline report covering lead activity, RFQ status, outbound progress, and escalations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Based in Lima, Peru or within LATAM timezone (Lima strongly preferred)
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in one or more of the following fields: mining supply, heavy equipment, spare parts, technical sales support, or international import/export
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn and CRM or pipeline tracking tools
- Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple active conversations simultaneously
- A self-directed learner who takes initiative without requiring constant supervision
