Job Description:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate participatory planning processes with communities, stakeholders, and local authorities to design integrated interventions across Health & Nutrition, Child Protection, Education, and WASH.
- Support the development and implementation of annual operational plans (AOPs) aligned with Area Programme (AP) and National Office strategies.
- Ensure sectoral activities are coordinated and sequenced to maximize impact and avoid duplication.
- Promote integration of cross-cutting themes including gender equality, disability inclusion, resilience, safeguarding, and disaster risk reduction.

Health & Nutrition




- Lead field level implementation of maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health and nutrition (MNCAH-N) interventions, including community-based nutrition, growth monitoring, and health promotion.
- Facilitate community engagement in nutrition-sensitive and nutrition-specific activities.
- Strengthen linkages between communities and health facilities.

Child Protection
- Support establishment and strengthening of community-based child protection mechanisms.
- Facilitate awareness-raising on child rights, positive parenting, child safeguarding, and prevention of violence against children.
- Work with local structures to address child protection risks, including child labor, early marriage, and abuse.

Education
- Support interventions aimed at improving access to quality basic education, school attendance, literacy, and learning outcomes.
