Freelance Tour Guide - Cusco (Guydeez)

About the Role
Guydeez is looking for passionate local residents of Cusco to work as freelance tour guides. You will lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups of travelers, sharing the history, culture, and unique atmosphere of the city.
No professional tour guide license is required. Previous experience is welcome but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead private walking tours adapted to guests’ interests (3-8 hours)
- Share knowledge about Cusco’s history, culture, neighborhoods, and landmarks
- Customize tours based on group preferences and pace
- Ensure a safe, friendly,
and enjoyable experience for guests
- Optionally host food-related or themed tours
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Cusco and its cultural heritage
- Fluency in at least one language (Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, etc.)
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to walk and guide groups for several hours
- Interest in tourism, culture, or local experiences
