Role Description The Service Desk Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lima Metropolitan Area.



This role is responsible for providing first-line technical assistance to staff, including responding to service desk requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems when required. Daily activities include managing help desk tickets, installing and configuring IT equipment, maintaining user accounts and access rights, and ensuring adherence to organizational IT policies. The Service Desk Specialist will document solutions, support continuous improvement of IT processes, and collaborate with other IT team members to maintain a stable, secure, and user-friendly technology environment that enables the organization’s mission-driven work.
Qualifications
Strong Service Desk and Help Desk Support skills, including managing tickets and prioritizing user requests.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
