WE ARE HIRING: Senior Project Procurement Engineer
Location: Lima, Peru / Full-Time Job / Bilingual (ENG-SPA)

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a bilingual Senior Project Procurement Engineer to focus on assessing, selecting, and developing strategic suppliers to meet the demands of telecommunications projects.
This role supports to our project management team in order to complete the delivery target throughout the project’s lifecycle, help to resolve difficulties and carries out procurement strategy.

Main duties:

Manage local supplier/subcontractor sourcing and qualification: identify requirements and targets, assign categories, source top suppliers, and monitor qualification progress.
Lead supplier/subcontractor bidding projects: understand purchase requirements, interpret SOW (scope of work), handle RFQ clarifications, and manage the bidding process.
Oversee cost management: conduct commercial negotiations, execute bidding, draft and sign contracts, and maintain accurate records.
Supplier/subcontractor management and development:



maintain routine communication for strategy alignment and business development, monitor PO payment procedures, and ensure compliance.

We require:

8+ years of experience in procurement management for engineering services related to telecommunications projects, such as wireless networks, civil works, outside plant (OSP), FTTx, and other related areas. Familiarity with telecommunications equipment vendors, installation service providers, local telecom operators, and other industry stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier qualification and selection, negotiation, contract execution, process compliance, taxation, basic financial management, and related activities.
Deep understanding of the telecommunications services market, with strong knowledge of major engineering service providers specializing in network planning and optimization, equipment in
