WAVE ROCK PTE LTD, is a digital company specializing in the creation and monetization of subscription
websites. We manage the entire lifecycle of a digital project, from conception to publication, including
maintenance and operation.

Position: Junior Digital Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to support business analytics and strategic decision-making.
This role will work closely with the Digital Project Manager, focusing on improving sales conversion
through data-driven insights and system adjustments.

Responsibilities

Analyze business indicators to support strategic decision-making.
Perform system retries based on different databases to optimize sales conversion.
Coordinate certain technical issues with the IT team.

Requirements

Recent graduate in a related field (no prior experience required).




Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Own a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Must reside in Peru and be able to issue "recibos por honorarios" (independent contractor invoices).

What We Offer

100% remote work (with one week of in-person training in Lima or videocall )
Paid work on an hourly basis, 3 euros per hour.
