At Tekton Labs, we are looking for a QA / UAT Migration Specialist Lead to drive the comprehensive testing strategy, functional certification, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for a large-scale platform modernization project. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end quality assurance strategy, establishing strict entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and defect management frameworks across QA, integration, regression, security, and performance testing phases. You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams, solution vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that the solution validated during UAT is identical to what is promoted to production, guaranteeing platform stability, compliance, and seamless operational cutover.

Responsibilities:

Define, refine, and govern the end-to-end testing strategy and quality framework across QA, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Post-Go-Live phases.




Establish formal entry and exit criteria, quality gates, and production readiness checklists for all testing stages.
Lead and coordinate the UAT process, ensuring business scenarios reflect real-world merchant acquiring and transaction processing workflows.
Design and manage the central defect management lifecycle, establishing severity matrices, resolution SLAs, ticket flows, and escalation procedures.
Oversee test environment alignment and ensure test data practices strictly adhere to PCI DSS compliance, data masking, and confidentiality requirements.
Coordinate and track integration, load, performance, and security testing milestones across multiple technical stakeholders.
Drive test automation strategies by identifying key regression scenarios and standardized quality reporting metrics.
Generate executive dashboards, status reports, risk matrices, and formal sign-off deliverables for production go-live clearance.
