Role Description The Paid Media Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Miraflores. This role is responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and enrollment for Educa College Prep’s consulting services and exam preparation courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media plans, setting campaign objectives and budgets, managing ad placements, monitoring performance metrics, and producing regular reports with insights and recommendations. The Paid Media Specialist collaborates closely with marketing, content, and admissions teams to align campaigns with strategic goals and ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves staying current with new media trends, testing innovative formats, and applying data-driven research to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
