Role Description The Head of Business Operations at NEIRA CAFÉ LAB is a full-time, on-site role based in Miraflores. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows across the café’s front-of-house, back-of-house, and support functions. The Head of Business Operations will design and implement processes to improve service quality, manage budgets and financial performance, and align operations with business objectives.

Responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, leading operational planning, coordinating with vendors and partners, and managing compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves leading and developing team members, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and growth projects.

Qualifications





- Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end café operations and improve efficiency.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support informed decision-making.
- Experience in Business Planning and Finance to manage budgets, forecast revenue and costs, and support sustainable growth.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities in a customer-focused environment.
- Background in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Miraflores with a versátil schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
