We are looking for an experienced and passionate education professional to join our team as an Academic Coordinator.
About the Role
This position has a strong pedagogical and strategic focus. The Academic Coordinator will lead and strengthen the institutions academic processes, actively contributing to curriculum development, faculty development, implementation of educational methodologies, and educational innovation.
The role will focus on ensuring highquality learning experiences and promoting continuous improvement across our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and continuous improvement of academic programs and curricula.
Ensure the pedagogical quality and consistency of teaching and learning processes.
Promote the implementation of active learning methodologies and innovative educational practices.
Manage, support, and contribute to the professional development of the teaching staff.
Review and update syllabi, academic content, and educational resources.
Analyze academic performance indicators and propose improvement strategies.
Coordinate student support and retention initiatives.
Prepare academic reports and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in academic management or educational coordination.
Experience managing and supporting teaching staff.
Knowledge of competencybased curriculum design,



active learning methodologies, and educational processes.
Experience using Learning Management Systems LMS and academic indicators.
Postgraduate studies or a Masters degree in Education, Educational Management, Curriculum Design, or Educational Innovation will be highly valued.
Advanced English proficiency minimum C1 level is mandatory.
Working Conditions
Location Arequipa, Peru.
Work modality Onsite.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 830 a.m. to 530 p.m.
Saturday One Saturday per month.
Contract type Fixedterm contract based on business needs.
