Key Responsibilities Lead daily plant operations and production teams Oversee production planning, labour scheduling, inventory, and shipping Ensure food safety, quality, and health & safety compliance Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and team performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational systems Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, poultry, or a similar production environment Strong background in production planning, labour management,
