Work Type: Casual - Casual (hourly rate inclusive of 20% Casualloading) - Level Four (4) | $51.28 - $55.14per hour,plus superannuation.
- Vacancy 096/2026 The opportunity The City is seeking a motivated and community-focused Ranger tojoin our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-qualityregulatory services, including animal management, local lawenforcement, investigations, and community engagement. To be successful in this role, you willneed:
- Completion or working towards or willingness to obtain aqualification in Regulatory Officers Compliance Skills (ROCS) 1and 2 - Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills - Exceptional written and investigative skills - Experience in animal handling and husbandry skills - Sound knowledge of ranger practices and procedures,relevant statutory legislation and local laws - A current unrestricted C class (manual) driver’slicence - Experience operating 4WD vehicles - Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Officeproducts - A police clearance certificate (less than 6 monthsold) - Senior First Aid - Applicants must be aged 18 years or above Closing date Applications for this position are open until asuitable pool of candidates is received.
