- You have strong communication skills, follow instructions meticulously, and aren't afraid to ask clarifying questions.
- You are available to work weekends as part of your regular schedule.

What You'll Do:

- Format, schedule, and syndicate digital articles across multiple websites.
- Use AI to assist with tasks such as categorizing and classifying articles, making minor edits, and more.
- Manage multiple newsletter campaigns and ensure sponsored ads are placed on schedule.
- Coordinate all phases of reader giveaway campaigns — tracking, randomized drawings, notifying winners, and prize fulfillment.
- Communicate task updates, questions, and issues in a timely, professional manner.

Schedule:

- 40 hours per week,



consistent Tuesday - Saturday schedule (weekend required).
- Expected schedule time between 12PM - 9PM US Eastern Time. You must be able to work these hours in your local time zone.
- Each workday includes 8 paid hours and a 1-hour unpaid midday break.
- Full-time Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills (applications in English only).
- Reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
- Previous experience as a remote virtual assistant.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude); experience with digital publishing platforms and email marketing software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete routine tasks consistently.
