Your Impact:
In this role, the individual will:
Administer People Services data to the required standard of accuracy and timeliness

As part of our team you will:
- Provide people with transactional services
- Monitor accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure data integrity
- Support the onboarding of new employees to complete documentation and transactions
- Solve customer queries and escalate if appropriate
- Execute changes to processes and standards as required
- Support the onboarding of new employees to complete documentation and transactions

Prerequisites for your success in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Foundational knowledge of SAP HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.




- Understanding of core HR practices and processes.

Foundation-level proficiency in:
- Updating and maintaining data in SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
- Identifying and addressing non-compliance or data quality issues.
- Responding to employee and manager queries related to HR systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Advanced English preferred.

Your work environment:
This position is based in Cajamarca.
The incumbent may be required to travel and assist other sites nationally and internationally.
