and ethical practices. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a compliance team to deliver impactful strategies that align with Gallagher’s values and business objectives. You’ll oversee the design and implementation of compliance programs tailored to local regulations and Gallagher’s global standards:
- Ensuring compliance with Peruvian laws and regulations applicable to insurance and reinsurance intermediaries, and acting as the local compliance officer and regulatory liaison.
