About GoldMaids Team LLC
GoldMaids is a premium residential cleaning service based in Florida. We provide high-end solutions for homeowners, and we are looking for a Sales & Growth Specialist who is high-energy, fast, and highly organized to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Contact and call interested leads immediately to convert them into clients.
- Recurring Growth: Actively work with our existing one-time clients to upsell and convert them into long-term recurring customers.
- Full Coordination: Manage the entire client lifecycle, from the initial quote and scheduling to post-cleaning feedback and final payment collection.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent Conversational English: Must have a high level of fluency to build trust with US-based clients over the phone.
- US Cultural Literacy: Deep familiarity with US naming conventions and address formats (Streets, Avenues, ZIP codes). You must be able to spell and dictate these accurately without hesitation.
- High-Speed Typing:
Ability to type 50+ WPM while talking to a client to ensure every detail is recorded correctly in real-time.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably working for US-based companies.
- Technical Savvy & Energy: A quick learner who is eager to master platforms like Jobber, Dialpad, and Zillow. High energy and a positive "willing to learn" attitude are essential.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) & Saturday (8:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST).
- Base Pay:The base pay for the first 6 training days is $3/hour, and then it increases to $4.50/hour.
- Note: Your hourly salary will increase based on months worked and objectives achieved._
- Commissions: Commissions for every recurring contract closed.
